Not taken seriously Service rep did not bother to take me seriously or even explain in detail why he could not help or that he would try to talk to a manger about issue. Service rep did not bother to take me seriously or even explain in detail why he could not help or that he would try to talk to a manger about issue. Did not listen to me, brushed me off and even cut me off to finish paper work. I repeatedly take 2 cars for maintenance and have bought 3 cars with you guys. I would have at least expected pro-quo on customer service. I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere as it doesn’t seem it is appreciated. Truck wasn’t washed this time, being in sales had that been me I would at least made sure to have that done to have customer satisfied and not think about the frustrating interaction. More
