No courtesy call I had an appointment at 2pm on 5/28/19. Upon checking in, I was told by Julie that “Mike” would call me when my vehicle was ready. 4 hours went by a I had an appointment at 2pm on 5/28/19. Upon checking in, I was told by Julie that “Mike” would call me when my vehicle was ready. 4 hours went by and nobody called me. When I called just after 6, I was told that everyone in service was gone for the day. The receptionist stated that she would try and determine that the service had been completed and whether my vehicle was ready to be picked up. More

Great service every time I’ve been taking my Colorado to Jackie in service for many years. She has always been professional and up front and real with me on all my services. From basic oil changes to wonderful warranty work she always goes the extra mile to ensure I am taken care of. I have witnessed her provide the same great customer service to others while I’m in the office. It’s funny when new customers walk in the door there is a room full of service reps but the first words out of there mouth is I’m here for Jackie. That shows to me she makes customers for life and they come back to mark Christopher because of the care and compassion she provides to the public daily. More
