There fair enough to an extent. .. But if there is a situation when they put the part they need inside your car and then they find out there is a faultie..... Then they have to start .. Kudos to Mark Christopher. I thought my 2017 Silverado 2500 HD needed a transmission. Got a price from dealer before bringing it down, kinda to prepare myself. Dropped off for I thought my 2017 Silverado 2500 HD needed a transmission. Got a price from dealer before bringing it down, kinda to prepare myself. Dropped off for the inspection. On my paperwork was the price for tranny replacement I called about if needed. Next day got the call, an honest call - sir you don’t need a transmission. Just change the filter, everything is good. They could have said need to replace and I would have agreed. Thank you for the honesty, getting rarer out there. A very great full customer. Jim More
