Very pushy and inaccurate on work that needs to be done. Techs need training. Over pushed maintenance work like rear shocks saying they were leaking when it was just a water in the boot same with a so-calle Techs need training. Over pushed maintenance work like rear shocks saying they were leaking when it was just a water in the boot same with a so-called oil leak a truck has an undercoat residue sticks to it. It’s from Massachusetts but they wanted me to fix $4500 worth of things that did not need immediate fixing in the short term nor the long-term. They also said I needed new CV axles the boots aren’t torn. The joints aren’t worn there’s no sign of leaking grease or anything that might warrant a CV axle to be replaced. Lastly, they would not patch a tire and immediately went to replacing two brand new tires when another shop was able to patch as only one screw actually was in the tire an oil change tire rotation on a 50,000 mile truck should not turn into potentially $6000 worth of unneeded repairs in fear that driving the truck any further would cause damage or put me in a position to have to buy another vehicle. Service recommendations should be based off mileage and not low quality videos. If there is not an actual sign to replace Parts with thousands of dollars they should not be recommended I will never be going back to this dealership and highly recommend folks Tate get second opinions from work the requesting to be done in the life. I have had this truck and other vehicles I have never felt so pressured or challenged to make a repair on something that isn’t broken than I was yesterday after freshly moving to the Charlotte area when I am in the market for another vehicle, I don’t think I will be going to Ford if this is my local shop and what I have to deal with I’m a Ford truck guy through and through, but this dealership will make me buy GM. More

This places service dept is a train wreck. This dealership has had a much checkered past. This guy is spending thousands of dollars on radio saying "we are changing the ways we will service ou This dealership has had a much checkered past. This guy is spending thousands of dollars on radio saying "we are changing the ways we will service our customers". Not even close talk is cheap, performance is real. Noting but lies and high prices....$364.00 to replace 6 spark plugs, 380. to change transmission fluid. Told me I could wait to have replaced, arrived at 8.45, did not start until 11.07. The service MGR became very defensive and unfriendly. I have documentation, and would love to speak with Mr. Ficken if you find the time. You have my number, Dennis Callahan. More
