I purchased a used 2019 Nissan rogue. The vehicle had 79,000plus miles. I decided to seek a loan with NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION because they offered the best deal for financing. It was re The vehicle had 79,000plus miles. I decided to seek a loan with NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION because they offered the best deal for financing. It was recommended I purchase the extended warranty to cover everything from the electronics, BUMPER TO BUMPER COVERAGE, if I remember correctly for 35,000 miles. I can’t remember how long or many miles exactly. I was not given any warranty information. I noticed the automatic headlights didn’t work. I thought, shouldn’t be a problem because I have the extended warranty. I called FRANK ADAMS but he didn’t call me back. Instead, a message was given to the gentleman who sold me the vehicle. I was called and told I could go to any Nissan dealership. There was no information about the warranty that they could email me WHICH WAS ODD. It took a few months but I took my vehicle to a Nissan dealership closer to where I live, still was a 40 round trip, and a day off from work only to be told I DONT HAVE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. Only cover power train and that was EXPIRED. I was not happy. I called the gentleman who sold me the vehicle, he said I have to speak with FRANK ADAMS. I called FRANK ADAMS hoping for a resolution while I was at the dealership. I got his voicemail. I knew right then he would not call me back because he didn’t call me back in MARCH. Several hours went by, I called the MARK JACOBSON DEALERSHIP CUSTOMER SERVICE, I asked is Frank ADAMS working today? She said yes, I explained to her my sunroof has a leak, my electronics blanked out and my automatic headlights don’t work; I needed to resolve this as I was told I could go to any Nissan dealer. She said she’ll send FRANK ADAMS a message. Never received a call back, day 2 end of business still no call back. I called the MARK JACOBSON DEALERSHIP asked to speak with a MOD, No ONE WAS AVAILABLE. She asked if I wanted to leave another voicemail and stated his mailbox gets filled with messages.
