Just wanted to tell you about the Great Customer service I just received at Mark Jacobson Toyota! Aeris helped me get me New Rav 4 Hybrid and she made everything Super easy from start to finish! Aeris is Bery Professional, Patient and Really knows her stuff! She took the time to explain all the features and made sure I felt confident before driving off the lot !
