Tay was very easy going and super ni I had done a lot of research and looked on this site to look at reviews and employees that I wanted to work with. Tay was very easy going and super nice! She shopped around for the best deal and got me a lower APR so that the additions I wanted didn't blow the budget. The process was not long and went smoothly! My sales rep was Ashleigh and she was able to work within the budget that I needed. I didn't have much wiggle room from my last car payment to the new car payment but was able to work within that scope. I had a pleasant experience with both of these ladies! More

So I did what research I could on the brand new 2017 Toyotas just coming out and went over to the truck department at Mark Jacobson Toyota. That's where I met Jason Schiffman. We sat down and discussed exactly what I wanted, which was basically a fully loaded Tacoma at a reasonable price. Even though what I wanted did not exist at that time, Jason met a price I was ready to make the deal with at that first meeting and completed the paperwork to order the truck the way I wanted it from the factory, Based on what I already knew from my previous researsh, I had no need to shop around.
