Amazing I had gone to Mark Jacobson because I had total my car. When I arrived I met Frank and he just took me under his care. At the time I was in between trying to get a car completely totaled and buying a new car. I just knew I would not be able to get a car because the other one was no completely paid for. Frank said no problem we will figure out how to get you into a car. Well I said there is no way. Not only did Frank get me into a new car. It was with no money down on O interest rate. NOW that shocked me because I still had a loan outstanding. He said he would help me and I must say he did exactly that. Today I drove off the lot with a 2016 Toyota Corolla. More

worst customer service ever I went in with my husband to look at a used vehicle for the second time. the sales person had communicated with my husband before we came in and let h I went in with my husband to look at a used vehicle for the second time. the sales person had communicated with my husband before we came in and let him know that the vehicle we were interested in had come back from the auction because it did not sell for the price they wanted. We made a reasonable offer on the vehicle after test driving the vehicle again and the salesperson walked away from us and said "goodbye...have a good day" . He was condescending and rude and we have never experienced anything like this with any business and did not even know someone could be so rude and inconsiderate. My husband stated that the car had been for sale for over 2 months and he said "not my problem". We will never do business with this company in the future and we will spread the word about our terrible experience. My husband is also in sales and if he treated his customers like that he wouldn't have a job very long. More
