Best Customer Service I went in on a Thursday night looking to buy a Toyota Camry that I had seen the previous Sunday and it was sold. Do not try to buy a car here a second time. This is a message for the manager in the Pre-Owned department who asked Luis to lowball the trade in value for my 2014 Camry SE on Monday. I have no c This is a message for the manager in the Pre-Owned department who asked Luis to lowball the trade in value for my 2014 Camry SE on Monday. I have no complaints about Luis, other than his dismissive manner, which I am sure came as a result of management's instructions. Sir, you have no possible excuse for rating my car in "fair" condition and valuing it at $11,000 when your own solicitations to come in and let you make me an offer suggested that the trade in was a minimum of $12,500, even in Fair condition. The car is in Very Good condition. There is one minor, repairable cosmetic defect and no other problems. Further, Luis could give me no explanation as to why the vehicle was rated "Fair," nor why the value was so low. He allowed me to assume that you could not make sufficient money on reselling my Camry, which is absurd. You have the same car on your lot right now, with 20000 MORE miles on it, priced at $15,330. I bought the Camry there, as you know, and you gave me $9000 on my Honda CR-V trade, a car with over 120000 miles that had been in two wrecks. Did you think I wouldn't know that you were trying to rip me off on the trade in value of this Camry? I wanted to buy another car from you, and I was happy to pay more per month, but assuming I know nothing about the market value of my vehicle was a huge mistake. When you worked with me on my Honda trade and made it so pleasant to buy the Camry, I assumed I would have the same experience with a car I bought from you that was in near-perfect condition. But I guess you just gave me a good deal the first time around. Treating your loyal customers this way is not a good practice. I'm happy to take my Camry elsewhere and to tell everyone I know not to even bother with MJT. I know I certainly won't bother again. More

Frank sold my wife a new Sienna in June and he sold me a 2008 used Highlander, which I am so excited about. I will and have referred Frank to other friends. The only reason I gave the dealership a 4 out of 5 rating is because I felt they could have come down a bit more on the price ($500-$1,000). More
