Stella`s 2016 Corolla I want to say how excited I was to be able to start my search for a new car on line. I put in the inquiry and moments later got a response back from T I want to say how excited I was to be able to start my search for a new car on line. Even though I reached out to the dealership on one of the busiest days, he took time to listen to what I was saying and my concerns on getting out of the automobile I was currently in. I explained to him that I was tired of constantly putting my car in the shop and he was so understanding and actually help me consider looking at the corolla. This was a wise choice for me as it had more room than my current car for passengers and my grandson`s car seat. I will be forever grateful for his hard work and dedication to me as a customer as he never once brushed me off as so many other dealerships had done in the past. He kept me informed as to what was going on and that he had not forgotten about me being an online customer rather than in the store shopping with him face to face. It was over the Labor Day holiday and you all were extremely busy, but he made it a point to keep me informed. He also hooked me up with Chris Johnson who helped finalize the sale and Chris took time to go over every single item on each page to make sure I understood everything. Chris and Tom as well as everyone at Mark Jacobs Toyota have a friend for life and I am back home with Toyota. Best car buying experience I have ever had.
