I called Marc Jacobson before going in and spoke to a wonderfully kind salesman, John Flanagan, who not only emailed me to confirm a time slot with him but was incredibly nice to speak with. In person, he was understanding and patient, working with me to find the right preowned Toyota to fit my budget and my style constraints while answering all my questions. He worked very hard to make the somewhat daunting experience of purchasing a car for the first time quick and easy for me. John definitely went above and beyond to address small concerns I had. I really appreciated John's kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness, and I highly recommend his expertise. Jay helped me through the complete process including car overview, selecting options, pricing, and then closing the deal. The dealership was extremely friendly and professional which I certainly appreciate. However, I want to say that Jay Bazooband is the primary reason I chose to purchase in Durham. I was able to get a similar price at a dealer very close to my home but I choose to buy in Durham based on my sales person and my past dealings with him. (Jay was also the sales person I dealt with in 2008 during my last car purchase). My family and I have chosen to do business at the dealership because of Jay and he should be credited for that business. More
