The worst experience ever!! Today I came to Mark Jacobson looking to buy a new Avalon. I was recommended to talk to Leo Sullivan. Worst mistake of my life! He was very hateful an Today I came to Mark Jacobson looking to buy a new Avalon. I was recommended to talk to Leo Sullivan. Worst mistake of my life! He was very hateful and talked down to me. The price that was listed online was not correct I guess I failed to read the fine print. After listening to him degrade me I walked out and took my business to Fred Anderson and guess what? I'm a proud owner of a 2016 Avalon and at the payments I wanted. Leo told me that there was no way I could get the payments I was asking for. Funny I got the same car at the payments I wanted. Same thing happened in 2007 when I bought my TC I left Mark Jacobson and got a better deal at Fred Anderson. I don't know why I even tried again. But I'll never be back not even for service. Yall have lost my business forever!! More

After the certified pre-owned vehicle we originally tried to purchase, both went out of their way to find, and put together a deal on a similar new vehicle because the original vehicle was sold while complying with Capital One's requirements. This is my seventh Toyota, eighth in the Toyota family, and my third Toyota from Mark Jacobson since 2000 (2001 Tundra LE, 2004 Sequoia LE, which we still have, and now this Tacoma). However, Matt Moore and Mark Jacobson has renewed my faith in car sales. Matt was kind, professional, helpful, and answered all of my many and details questions. How often does one get to say they had an excellent experience buying a used car!! Matt and the whole staff at MJ Toyota were great and I highly recommend them. Ian was amazing! I came into Mark Jacobson after my beloved Matrix was totaled. I was sad and dreading the thought of searching for and buying a replacement. Ian was understanding and supportive and helped me think through all the options. He was so patient as I came back 3 times -- finally with my husband who was not sure about the whole 'hybrid thing'. We settled on a Hybrid Rav4 and I couldn't be happier with it. Ian even searched out the vibrant blue model I was in love with! The first week I owned it, I took the family to the beach and brought it back covered in salt and sand. Ian washed and vacuumed it for me in the July heat with a smile on his face. He was amazing! I'll send everyone I know to MJ Toyota and will definitely be back when the family needs another car!! More

Also something I liked a lot was that he insisted on physically checking to make sure the vehicle was there on the lot and in a state to be test driven (i.e. not in the shop for the pre-sale inspection, etc.) He’s been with the company for a very long time, if you get the chance ask for him directly. I actually did not end up buying from MJT but only because they did not have the specific truck I was looking for and, with an extremely busy season at work coming up, was very tight on the window of time I had to purchase. Although I did not purchase from MJT I still felt compelled to share my great Frank Adams experience with the world, who came highly recommended from my good friends who have purchased 3 vehicles from him in the last 10 years. Pretty sure he even calls them on their birthday each year! A closing remark: I think it's also important to note that MJT came recommended from another friend who has lived here her entire life. She's a VW person and has not purchased from MJT before but said something along the lines of, "I've heard so many good things about that place. I think if I was purchasing a Toyota, it's the only dealership I'd go to." More

Great Dealership with the best Deals and Customer Service. This is the second time dealing with Mark Jacobson toyota dealership. The customer service and ability to beat everyone rate is remarkable. Im glad i met Frank Adams when i first visited Mark Jacobson, he goes beyond to satisfy customers and make sure they are well taken care of when they step foot on to the dealership and off. The first time i went there in 2012 was for a Camry. The deal was great and i left happy. 4 years later, i returned and bought a 4runner and purchased it for a great price again. I know this because i compared the Raleigh/Durham dealership prices and rates. Frank Adams made sure to beat those prices again! Customers service is remarkable, they treat you like family and talk to you like you are their brother or sister and friend. I will definitely go there for another car in the future. But i strongly recommend dealing with Frank Adams. Thats the go to man! More
