So my husband told me that we were going to go try at this dealership and we did and Mark was right they helped us we got the car we were looking for a 2011 Toyota Camry. Finally with my tags expired on my trade-in, I went to Mark Jacobson Toyota, we met with Desmond McPhail, he was awesome! He helped me stay in my price range and took my trade-in. When the vehicle I chose had AC problems and he took it over to be repaired. Since it would not be repaired that day; Desmond arranged for a loaner vehicle. The experience was smooth, enjoyable, and rewarding, I got a vehicle I wanted and was treated respectfully and fairly. More
