My best car buying experience! Thursday I went with my father to try to find a more reliable vehicle for me to drive my four children around in. I have always heard two things abou Thursday I went with my father to try to find a more reliable vehicle for me to drive my four children around in. I have always heard two things about minivans, always go with a Honda Odyssey or a Toyota Sienna. I test drove a Honda Odyssey that morning and wasn't impressed with the one I found so we decided to head over to Mark Jacobson to check out a Toyota Sienna I had seen on their website. We got a call from their sales associate John Flanagan. John greeted us when we got there and was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. I test drove the Sienna I had been interested in and it didn't disappoint. John went out of his way to be helpful and genuinely was interested in doing so. I was extremely impressed, everyone I interacted with was friendly and not one bit pushy or aggressive. I decided to buy the Sienna that night. John was with me the entire way and not once did I feel uncomfortable or like I was going to sold something I didn't want. More

The salesman, Ken Polino, was very knowledgeable on all the features and didn't pressure me once toward buying it. He worked with me to find certain trim, options, and colors I was most interested in. Then he ran numbers on multiple cars to see which one worked best for me monthly payment-wise. He went out of his way to make sure I understood everything about what and how I was purchasing it, completely. He is by far, the nicest and best car salesman I have ever worked with.
