Much Less Painful than Anticipated I never look forward to car buying, in fact I had the funds available for almost 3 months before I went in a dealership, I looked everyday but would n I never look forward to car buying, in fact I had the funds available for almost 3 months before I went in a dealership, I looked everyday but would not go in. Finally with my tags expired on my trade-in, I went to Mark Jacobson Toyota, we met with Desmond McPhail, he was awesome! He helped me stay in my price range and took my trade-in. When the vehicle I chose had AC problems and he took it over to be repaired. Since it would not be repaired that day; Desmond arranged for a loaner vehicle. The experience was smooth, enjoyable, and rewarding, I got a vehicle I wanted and was treated respectfully and fairly. More

My best car buying experience! Thursday I went with my father to try to find a more reliable vehicle for me to drive my four children around in. I have always heard two things about minivans, always go with a Honda Odyssey or a Toyota Sienna. I test drove a Honda Odyssey that morning and wasn't impressed with the one I found so we decided to head over to Mark Jacobson to check out a Toyota Sienna I had seen on their website. We got a call from their sales associate John Flanagan. John greeted us when we got there and was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. I test drove the Sienna I had been interested in and it didn't disappoint. John went out of his way to be helpful and genuinely was interested in doing so. I was extremely impressed, everyone I interacted with was friendly and not one bit pushy or aggressive. I decided to buy the Sienna that night. John was with me the entire way and not once did I feel uncomfortable or like I was going to sold something I didn't want. More
