Excellent Service and Experience I took my '07 Camry in for service and had been thinking of a new car for a while. I test drove a new Rav4 with the intent of just seeing how it rode I took my '07 Camry in for service and had been thinking of a new car for a while. I test drove a new Rav4 with the intent of just seeing how it rode and drove. I was very surprised. The salesman, Ken Polino, was very knowledgeable on all the features and didn't pressure me once toward buying it. He worked with me to find certain trim, options, and colors I was most interested in. Then he ran numbers on multiple cars to see which one worked best for me monthly payment-wise. He went out of his way to make sure I understood everything about what and how I was purchasing it, completely. He is by far, the nicest and best car salesman I have ever worked with. He returns calls promptly and is great about answering follow-up questions after the sale. I've also been impressed with Mark Jacobson Toyota's service department. Having 'grown up' in my father's service station, I've always done all of my own oil changes. The lifetime powertrain warranty that the car came with requires me get servicing done at an ASE-certified shop, so, I went to Jacobson for the first oil change. The experience was great. They also helped me out very much when an animal chewed through the vehicle's SRS harness, by helping deal with my insurance company, and performing the repair quickly. More
