Want a new car Mark Jacobson gets it done I enjoyed going in and welcomed and made to feel right at home right off the bat. I found at other dealers you have to look or ask some one for help I enjoyed going in and welcomed and made to feel right at home right off the bat. I found at other dealers you have to look or ask some one for help. When wife and I went in we were asked by one salesman if we like some help with what they had or wanted to look around some first. When we were ready he was right there ready to answer all of our questions and worked with us in finding just the one we wanted. All those who dealt with us were so friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our buying experience as good and pleasant as could be. Each and every time we went back regardless the reason we were made to feel the same as the day we bought our car. We could not have asked for a better salesman to help us ( Ian Edgington ) So much so we went to him for our 2'nd Toyota. And never made us feel he didn't have the time to talk with us any time after the sale of both cars we bought from him. Looked at other Toyota dealerships but so glad we ended up at Mark Jacobson when we bought our first car from them. When we're ready for another Ian Edington will be the one we'll want to see. More

He took care for me during the process and everytime I need help he is always there. The General Manager Doug Hanenberg is also very helpful while I needed help and he took care of my request for my previous car RAV4 because I had to purchase my house but because of the car payment I was not getting approval to buy my house but Doug helped me to return my car (sold back) and it went all well.
