Having 'grown up' in my father's service station, I've always done all of my own oil changes. The lifetime powertrain warranty that the car came with requires me get servicing done at an ASE-certified shop, so, I went to Jacobson for the first oil change. The experience was great. They also helped me out very much when an animal chewed through the vehicle's SRS harness, by helping deal with my insurance company, and performing the repair quickly. More

Want a new car Mark Jacobson gets it done I enjoyed going in and welcomed and made to feel right at home right off the bat. I found at other dealers you have to look or ask some one for help I enjoyed going in and welcomed and made to feel right at home right off the bat. When we were ready he was right there ready to answer all of our questions and worked with us in finding just the one we wanted. All those who dealt with us were so friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our buying experience as good and pleasant as could be. Each and every time we went back regardless the reason we were made to feel the same as the day we bought our car. We could not have asked for a better salesman to help us ( Ian Edgington ) So much so we went to him for our 2'nd Toyota. And never made us feel he didn't have the time to talk with us any time after the sale of both cars we bought from him.
