My perfect car from Sam at Mark Jacobson Toyota This year I bought two cars from Sam. One was 2011 RAV4 Limited and another one was 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport not long ago. I had a great experience This year I bought two cars from Sam. One was 2011 RAV4 Limited and another one was 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport not long ago. I had a great experience everytime I buy a car from Mark Jacobson Toyota. This is my 3rd car from Mark Jacobson Toyota. Sam is very knowledgeable and helpful and very friendly. He took care for me during the process and everytime I need help he is always there. The General Manager Doug Hanenberg is also very helpful while I needed help and he took care of my request for my previous car RAV4 because I had to purchase my house but because of the car payment I was not getting approval to buy my house but Doug helped me to return my car (sold back) and it went all well. Anyone who needs new or used car Sam is the man to contact at 919-451-2311 and he will get you a best deal and will make sure you are happy dealing with him. He is always there whenever need help. Will definitely go back! Our salesperson, John, met us at our van as we pulled into the parking lot and didn't leave us until we were driving off the lot in a new (to us) van!
