I wasn't sure if I would be walking out that day with the Avalon I had my eye on or not, but Wael and his Manager made it happen. I did have to return to the dealership with my new vehicle to have some scratches, paint scrapes and dents repaired to my Avalon that I had pointed out to Wael and and Frank Barnet. I was told by Frank Barnet, Management, the day that I purchased that the paint and dents would be taken care of. However, when I went to retrieve my vehicle after three days, the three dents that were located on the passenger side had NOT been repaired. Wael informed me that the paint shop could not remove these dents, of course there was disappointment on my part. On a good note, the dealership did lend me a vehicle to drive during the three days I was without my Avalon. So in closing yes I was disappointed that the dents were not removed, but I do know that Wael went OVER & BEYOND and did everything within HIS power to ensure my satisfaction. More

Excellent Place of Service On June 7th, I came in to pick up my car which was towed in on June 6th for servicing. Unfortunately, after it was worked on, it still was not a 100% On June 7th, I came in to pick up my car which was towed in on June 6th for servicing. Unfortunately, after it was worked on, it still was not a 100%. So, my salesperson, Barbara Decatur, came to my rescue as usual. I have been a loyal customer since July 2014. I end up trading in both of my vehicles and left with two 2016 Scions, one IA and one 2 door Coupe. Shout out to my finance people Kym which did my bank loans and Sheyi for my financing piece of the deals. Thanks to all of you for making it happen for me and my family!!! More
