My wife and I were looking for a Toyota Avalon and were very fortunate to meet salesman Mel Johnson. He treated us not with high pressure but with a genial and knowledgable charm. He sat with us and listened to what we wanted in a car. He was very thorough and instead of wasting our time he only showed us cars that fit our requirements. He continued to make sure we were comfortable during the whole process by offering us refreshments. All in all it was a very satisfying experience and we were able to find the car for us. Excellent Customer Service I have purchased several cars, visited many car dealerships and have never received the excellent Customer Service extended to me by the sales woman n I have purchased several cars, visited many car dealerships and have never received the excellent Customer Service extended to me by the sales woman named Barbara. From the time I walked into the dealership she appproached me willing and eager to help. I told her what I wanted and she made it happen. She went above and beyond and explained every detail about the process of car buying. She was knowlable, professional, personable and caring. Her experience with sales was truly appreciated. I told her about the negative experience that i had at the Toyota Dealership in Apex. She assured me that she would do everything possible to asist me with my purchase of a 2016 Toyota Camry SE. He understood that I was working with a limited budget, and did everything he could to work with me. He was extremely prompt at getting back to me about my questions, and alerted me when vehicles that met my criteria came through. He even stayed late on a Friday night to help me finalize my purchase. Ultimately, I ended up with an awesome used Prius, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much Frank for all of your help! AMAZING AND WOULD DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN!!! Good service if they are not busy I just got a new Toyota Corolla from Mark Jacobson. David was our salesperson and he was great. He really took his time with. Don't go there on a weekend and alone. I am a young women (28) and my first visit to Mark Jacobson was on a weekend with my boyfriend. However, the salesperson that day -I don't recall his name- did not explain anything about the car. He took me around the building as a test drive, which is a very very short drive and does not even go on to highway. (David took us on a much longer and reasonable test-drive. ) I think they did not take care of me that day, because it was a busy day and I look young. My second visit was on Monday and with my family. Then they were all nice and took time and tried to really help. In short, the service you will get depends on the day (avoid weekend if possible), and depends on whether you are there with an older person. I would rate David 5 stars for everything, however, because of my first visit, I cannot rate the whole dealer 5 stars. More
