I went in with the expectation of hearing no due to my credit situation and after my car accident I found out that my truck was totaled and I was a co I went in with the expectation of hearing no due to my credit situation and after my car accident I found out that my truck was totaled and I was a complete loss. I went in the dealership on Monday morning and Alex was soooo great he helped me to understand my options and reassured me that he would help me find the perfect fit. I was hesitant but over time he helped me to feel comfortable and happy and his determination and persistence helped to get me in my new Camry!!!!! Good service if they are not busy I just got a new Toyota Corolla from Mark Jacobson. David was our salesperson and he was great. He really took his time with. Don't go there on a weekend and alone. I am a young women (28) and my first visit to Mark Jacobson was on a weekend with my boyfriend. However, the salesperson that day -I don't recall his name- did not explain anything about the car. He took me around the building as a test drive, which is a very very short drive and does not even go on to highway. (David took us on a much longer and reasonable test-drive. ) I think they did not take care of me that day, because it was a busy day and I look young. My second visit was on Monday and with my family. Then they were all nice and took time and tried to really help. In short, the service you will get depends on the day (avoid weekend if possible), and depends on whether you are there with an older person. I would rate David 5 stars for everything, however, because of my first visit, I cannot rate the whole dealer 5 stars. More
