Most Outstanding Experience Ever I'm a Chevy girl and have been for a long time. It would take some sure facts and a great car to get me to change my mind. For starters the show room I'm a Chevy girl and have been for a long time. It would take some sure facts and a great car to get me to change my mind. For starters the show room is so inviting. I was able to use the facilities, get a drink and not be bombarded outside the door. I like that. I meet Michael Klein (Mike) and we talked. He" listened" to what I wanted in my vehicle and showed me one to meet my needs. He knew the specs of this car down to the engine size, which was of interest to me. Test driving this vehicle I was pleasantly surprised how this car handled, the pick up it had, as well as a comfortable ride. It surpassed my expectations. Most importantly ALL my needs were meet and ultimately this Chevy girl is a happy Toyota owner. The entire process with Mike was wonderful. He did an outstanding job. Set up my Bluetooth for the iPhone, helped me preset my radio and called my insurance for me. Now that's service!! I got to meet Mark Jacobson himself and thank him for helping me be the proud owner of a new Toyota Corolla. MARK TRUELY DOES SAY YES!!! Best experience I ever had purchasing a new vehicle.
