I had received a quote on my 2009 Highlander trade in value and although that had been for a previous weekend, it was honored. I received the car in the color and interior I wanted and actually received a couple of upgrades that I had not realized I was getting. I love my car and have been assured that when I have questions that Ian will help me with the complicated tech issues that my RAV4 has. More

My best friend referred me to Ms. Barbara who took the time to listen to my financial and work situation and from there she recommended the best car that would be perfect for me and my family. I am very pleased with my first car buying experience and I am also very pleased with my car selection. It was a long process, but everyone I dealt with made it worth while and I was able to go in and leave with a brand new car on my first trip which is something I did not expect to happen. Wonderful Purchasing Experience To whom it may concern: I am very pleased with my recent purchasing experience at Mark Jacobson Toyota (MJT). I worked with Luke Czubay (Sales Manag To whom it may concern: I am very pleased with my recent purchasing experience at Mark Jacobson Toyota (MJT). I worked with Luke Czubay (Sales Manager) and Leo Sullivan (Sales Consultant). I first met them on March 17, 2016 when my wife and I went to test drive a 4Runner and speak to someone about buying one. I decided that I was going to buy a 4Runner about 10 months ago. I've knew exactly what model and options I wanted. I also know how popular they are and that they don't sit around unsold for very long. Leo and Luke checked inventory and found one that was close but had a few extra things that I wasn't interested in. We decided to complete the paperwork and put down a deposit so that they could reserve (for lack of the correct word) the next one coming to the Southeast that matched what I wanted. Several times over the following weeks Luke would update me regarding new stock and provided me with options such as having one driven from another dealership or one that was close but not an exact match. I wasn't interested in this because I was really attached to my option list and the idea of taking delivery of my new truck with very few miles on it. Luke never made me feel pressured to make a decision he was just giving me options. Eventually, on April 27, I got the call that a truck matching my option list was on the boat headed to Southeast Toyota, but unfortunately it had been allocated to another dealer. Luke worked with the staff at MJT to work a trade with that dealer and have "my truck" allocated to MJT prior to its arrival at port. Its ETA in Durham was May 6th. On May 5th Leo called me (as I had asked him to) the moment the car carrier arrived at MJT w/ my 4Runner on it. I wrapped up at work as early as possible and drove over to MJT. I already had financing taken care of via my credit union and the finance and insurance guy made the paperwork (including my trade in) process quick and painless. Soon after that I got into my very clean 4Runner, exactly the way I wanted it with only 2 miles on the odometer. I cannot imagine how I could be more pleased with the purchasing process that I experienced at Mark Jacobson Toyota with Luke Czubay and Leo Sullivan. Kudos to them both!
