Update to new RAV 4 after 20 years My overall experience was very good. The salesperson was knowledgeable and courteous. All questions were answered. After the test drive I was confident I had selected the right car. However, there was a glitch in the process. I wanted to trade in two old low mileage cars that were in better than good condition ('96 RAV, 75,000 miles, 2000 Malibu, 29,900). I forewarned the salesperson I was expecting a fair price for each of these. I was more than shocked when told the trade in offer and nearly walked out. Instead I explained how insulting this was to me. The dealership stood to make a killing on these cars at the price I was offered. The salesperson agreed with me and went back to talk with the manager again. We agreed on a new trade in value. All ended well but I think the disagreement could have been avoided if my trade in cars had been more carefully evaluated. I am giving 5 stars since having been a customer for many years I have always found the service staff to be pleasant and helpful. More

Patience is key After buying a newer car, I came back to the dealership to ask a question about some features on the car that I am not used to since the car I traded After buying a newer car, I came back to the dealership to ask a question about some features on the car that I am not used to since the car I traded in was a little old and basic compared to these newer cars. I stopped the manager and he gave Luis to help me. I started asking a whole bunch of questions and he gave me the answers. Once he realized it was too much information for me to understand at one time we agreed that I would come back once or twice a week to learn a new feature until I completely understand it. All that Luis has done so far has been very helpful. He promised he would help me understand this new generation of features one by one and he has honored what he said he would do. This is truly better then the type of rumors I have heard about car salesmen. I will recommend this dealership and Luis Pietri to anyone I come across that needs a car. More
