I just bought my second car from him - very much on purpose for the following three reasons: 1) Edwin kn Edwin Caldwell III works at Mark Jacobson. I just bought my second car from him - very much on purpose for the following three reasons: 1) Edwin knows EVERYTHING about the cars he sells. He spent time helping me to be sure I understood the features on the different cars, so I could get exactly what I needed (Bluetooth, lumbar support and agood space in the back for my dog). Then he went over everything the day I got the car. He set up an appointment to see me a week later to be sure I could get maximal mileage and use of the special features of the car. I had a list of questions - he knew all the answers. 2) Edwin makes things happen. I needed some special features on the car, and he found exactly what I wanted and got it fast. 3) The whole service department once you buy a car is great. Whenever the car needs to be serviced, they do it quickly, correctly, painlessly. It is a very impressive dealership. More
