With the commute times that I have we absolutely needed another vehicle, and fast. We know Toyota's are very reliable and retain value over time and finding a low mileage certified suv was not easy. UNTIL we came into MJT. We were greeted by Mr Flanagan. Not pressured greeting, or car blocked in but a genuine greeting. The first visit I looked at the 2011 Rav4 and loved it but had one more vehicle down the road to look at. Mr Flanagan did not make me leaving awkward or asked for my number or ran for his "manager." He handed me his card and said have a great day and hope to see you soon. The other vehicle was hammered and the Jeep dealership was filthy and very unprofessional. So we came back the next morning right at opening and John was there and tossed us the keys and we were off on the test drive. We drove two vehicles that day. We loved the Rav4 and ended up purchasing it for a great deal and they gave me a great fair offer on my trade in. The whole process was done by lunch time. We have a reliable certified Toyota and the trust of MJT. We will not buy another Toyota any where else. More

Tom Coffey I had been looking for almost a year for my new car. Once I came to Mark Jacobson and worked with Tom Coffey, I was able to get the exact car I wanted. Their motto of "we say yes," was completely true from begining to end. They did everything they could to find the car of my dreams- and they did it! I also feel I got the vehicle at the best possible price. I was very pleased with the entire process. Working with Tom made our experience easy and more enjoyable. He was always avaliable to speak to and answered all my questions and any concerns. Great experience buying a great car! I was on the fence between two vehicles - trying different options, packages, etc. I was admittedly favoring the other brand. However, when I went in to drive the Toyota, Mike Klein went through all of the different options and helped me narrow down what I really needed. He was kind and patient and walked through the pros and cons of all the different options. When I went back in a few days later to look again, Mike answered all of my questions about the vehicle, gave me a tour of the dealership (which is immaculate!), took me back to see the service center and introduced me to people that I might need to know in the future in caring for the vehicle. Everyone was so nice and helpful!! Before I left, I owned a new Toyota Highlander, due in large part to Mike's efforts at educating me about what my experience would be like AFTER the sale. The purchase was simple and easy, and working with Mike and Luke on the purchase terms and trade-in was a surprisingly pleasant and painless experience. :) The additional lifetime warranty was a nice cherry on top. Ashleigh is the best I worked with Asheligh D and actually bought 2 cars (one new, one 2014 coming off lease) and traded in my car. I had been by the dealership before and I worked with Asheligh D and actually bought 2 cars (one new, one 2014 coming off lease) and traded in my car. I had been by the dealership before and left as the sales person frankly came off really arrogant.I came back about 6 months later after working with Stephen in the online sales (who was also very kind). He happened to be busy so set me up with Ashleigh who was an absolute joy to work with. She was friendly and didn't come across as sales pitchy like so many of the other sales men I saw/overheard there. I actually felt like she wanted to work with me to help me find a car which is why I decided to go ahead and buy a second car with her. More
