More than All of Our Wishes Answered After my spouse and I got word from our mechanic that our old car wasn't worth fixing, we had a number of wishes related to the purchase of a new car. After my spouse and I got word from our mechanic that our old car wasn't worth fixing, we had a number of wishes related to the purchase of a new car. We wished: 1) that we could arrange a ride to a Toyota dealership at a desirable time; 2) that we could close on a Toyota Prius C that day and drive it home; 3) that we could get a reasonable price and financing with no money down; 4) that we could get a long term warranty on the major parts of the car because we tend to drive a car for a long time; 5) that we would be dealing with friendly and helpful people, and 6) that we could get quality and convenient service and repairs. With Mark Jacobson Toyota being the closest dealership, we looked through his website to see what was available. When we found a new white 2015 Prius C at a really good price, we called the dealership to see if we could get a hold on the car until we could arrange a ride to the dealership. Salesman Sam Mog answered the phone, listen to our situation and request, and then, going even beyond our wishes, he offered to come to our home, pick us up, and give us a ride to the dealership. When we got there, the car we wanted was waiting for us. We took a short demonstration drive, went over the car thoroughly, and then decided to buy the car because it was what we wanted and the listed price was really good. Sam answered all our question and showed us everything about the car we wanted to see. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in our making the decision to buy. Later he and Tay Page helped us through the mountain of paperwork that resulted in all of our wishes being met. In fact, given that the lifetime warranty on the car's major systems was FREE, again, more than all our wishes were answered. Given what we have seen of the leadership of Mark Jacobson, we expect to receive the same friendly help in the service department. That is why we bought our Prius C at Mark Jacobson Toyota. More
