New Toyota Sienna I was shopping around for a 2015 Toyota Sienna. As you know, buying a car can be a very overwhelming experience…so many models…..too many options/pack I was shopping around for a 2015 Toyota Sienna. As you know, buying a car can be a very overwhelming experience…so many models…..too many options/packages etc. The Salesperson I worked with was Frank Adams. I told Frank I was interested in a Sienna, but didn't know what model. He immediately brought me a brochure and EXPLAINED what each model had to offer and had me list what options were important to me. When I finally figured out what model I wanted, I shopped several dealerships for the best deal. I thought I finally found my 2015 Sienna…in Virginia. I called Frank with all the specifics of the car I found……long and short of it….Frank was able to find me the same van, down to the color, in a 2016 model for a better price!!!!!! Frank was a pleasure to work with. He is very professional , knowledgeable , honest and trustworthy. I appreciate how Frank took the time out to really educate me on the different models, so that I was able to make a very informed decision regarding my purchase. Frank was aware that I was shopping different dealerships and I never felt pressured. His only request was to let him see if he could beat whatever price I was quoted.
