The atmosphere at the dealership was relaxed with various tables and chairs for families to sit(unlike another dealer where I sat in a cubical like desk), refreshments and best of all,.. very friendly staff. Tom was fantastic and stayed late to show us the vehicle and answered numerous questions in person and through text. He was not your ordinary salesman. He was approachable, friendly, and easygoing. I will always buy Toyota, but now I will always buy my Totota from Tom at Marc Jacobson Toyota. Thanks for everything! More

All the uncertainty and previous frustrations from other dealors quickly washed away as Sam greeted us and lead us to the vehicles that met all our requirements. Warranty will replace engine but I did not pay for a used /rebuilt truck. Beware of false reliability claims. More
