He calmly and professionally asked us what we were looking for, and helped us ultimately find what we felt was exactly what we were looking for. I'm averse to the whole sales process, as I'm sure most people are, and I feel like it's near impossible to shop for a car at a dealership and not feel like you're going through the sales spiel the whole time. While Leo was no exception, he actually was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process that we ultimately really enjoyed working with him. Leo asked us the appropriate questions to figure out which type of car we really wanted, and eventually found and reserved us the exact car we were looking for. Even when we needed to leave in the middle of the day and come back towards closing time, he went overboard and stayed past closing time to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase, not rushing us out the door. Our experience with the financing department was also pleasant and unexpectedly low pressure. I received a call from the service manager the next day congratulating me on our purchase and giving me his direct number so that I could easily schedule our first of many complementary services that come with the purchase. Friendly and professional. Lastly, my wife also left some of her favorite CDs in the dash of her trade in, and the dealership was very helpful to me the next day in retrieving those.
