The service there is absolutely amazing from sales and even down to service, I couldn't imaging myself dealing with any other Dealership. Thanks for all that you have done for me!! More

Tommy Desrosiers who also oversees the i We purchased a Mercury Grand Marquis via Mark Jacobson's eBay listing. My wife and I flew in from New Jersey. Tommy Desrosiers who also oversees the internet sales at the dealership, picked us up at the airport. The car was nice and clean but it turned out that the heat didn't work. Due to the fact that the November evenings were already cold and we had a long ride back to New Jersey it seemed to be a problem. Tommy took the car to the mechanics who started working on this issue immediately. After a couple of trial and error it turned out that the problem was caused by the pesky blend door actuator, as Tommy predicted. Unfortunately, in order to replace this $70 part, the entire dashboard has to be removed. Being Saturday afternoon, we were running out of time. Needless to say that we were pretty disappointed. - What can we do now? Tommy came up with a proposal: "You guys bundle up, drive the car home and take it to the nearest shop who can fix it and we'd cut a check for the cost of repair". We took his word. It is not to say that we were particularly warm when the outside temperature dropped below 35 degrees, but we made it home safely. Next Monday we took the car to the local shops who flat-out refused to work on this problem, due to its complexity. Finally we got a price quote from the Ford dealership in Summit, which we forwarded to Tommy, who confirmed the repair in less than an hour. The repair was completed and we received the check form Tommy today. All in all, we are very happy with the purchase for two reasons: 1. We got a car which we like and which represents a reasonable value for its price. 2. We had the opportunity to do business with Tommy Desrosiers, a real gentlemen who's words can be taken at face value. Finding a good, reliable and reasonably priced used vehicle is not easy, but finding a used vehicle dealer who exhibits similarly high standards as Tommy is like finding a needle in the haystack. The most loyal customers are not the ones whose buying experience is the smoothest but the ones whose problem is fixed in a satisfactory manner along the process. We hope that when it comes to our next car purchase, Tommy will be there, so we can look at his inventory before we'd look anywhere else. THANK YOU TOMMY, Monica and Gabor More

We were actually told yes within twenty minutes of walking in the door of Marc Jacobson! We had a trade in that we had been trying to sell and y'all took it right in! We were welcomed, we were introduced to our vehicle, we did the paperwork and showed all our documentation , had insurance on the vehicle and drove away not only the same day but within 2 hours of arriving at this dealership!
