Turned a bad situation into a good one. I came to Mark Jacobson Toyota with a major problem. I had purchased a KIA Soul and a KIA Sorento at Fred Anderson KIA. I bought both cars on impul I came to Mark Jacobson Toyota with a major problem. I had purchased a KIA Soul and a KIA Sorento at Fred Anderson KIA. I bought both cars on impulse; I normally don't do that. I thought I was getting a deal, but come to find out later that night as I was going over the paperwork they went through so quickly, that they didn't give me a deal at all. Needless to say, I was sick over the decision. I had borrowed a very LARGE amount of money on a whim, and when I called their dealership, I was treated very curtly and with very little appreciation for the fact that my ENTIRE family went through that dealership. So, here is where it gets better. I went to Mark Jacobson and let them work some CRAZY DEALS on a 2016 Corolla and a 2015 Rav4. I got two better cars at a lower interest rate for a year less than I had at Fred Anderson. Thanks to Leo, Luke, Charlie, and Azza who made our bad situation into a good one. More

Quite frankly I expected the same old double talk and false promises many of us have experienced before when car buying, but upon meeting my sales person, Stephen Brown, well. What? A straight-shooting honest salesman? Yep, that's what I thought and my first impression proved to be a lasting one. Stephen did all he could to meet my car buying/budget requirements. Ever person I met at the Jacobson agency from Ms. Baldwin to the lady who did the final paperwork were absolutely top-drawer people. Polite, professionals trying to do their respective jobs of course, but at the same time making every effort to make it possible for a customer to comfortably buy a car and have trust in the staff at the same time. And Doug, General Manager, came in to thank us...another class-act guy. The staff took time to talk to my wife, fully answer all her questions, giving her a similar feeling that the staff was also working in our behalf to meet our wants/needs. This car buying experience was fun and easy I went in to service my 2008 Prius and left 3 hours later with a beautiful 2015 model. Pleasant experience I worked with Chris Kinkade to buy a 2016 Camry XSE during Toyotathon. We looked at different models of Pruis and Camry, and he was able to answer all I worked with Chris Kinkade to buy a 2016 Camry XSE during Toyotathon. We looked at different models of Pruis and Camry, and he was able to answer all my questions about the options for the cars. The test drive he mapped out was excellent, and included highway, backroads, main roads, neighborhoods and even a short stint on a gravel road, so you really got to experience the car in all possible environments. The actual sales negotiation was very low pressure, and I got a great deal on the car (though going during Toyotathon definitely helped). Chris was very easy to work with, fun to talk to, and wrote a very thoughtful thank you note after I purchased my car. I worked with Tay for the business transactions, and she was very nice, thorough and again made the process very smooth. This was my first major car purchase, and both Chris and Tay made it remarkably easy. I love my new Camry, and actually look forward to driving now!! More
