He was/is very knowlegeable of vehicles, warranties, and services offered at Mark Jacobson Toyota. Little did we know, that after our initial shaking of hands and question and answer mini-session, we would be shown the perfect car for us located inside the pre-owned showroom! My mother is in her golden years, and I appreciate the care and attention shown to her by Mr. Dias in the entire sales/purchase process. Because of a great salesman, and our trust in Toyota, we will not only return to Mark Jacobson and Mr. Dias, but also serve as a living advertisment to the excellence of sales and services guarenteed by this dealership.
