Whenever I am there I am greeted by Mr. Caldwell -- who is not even on the service side. He in sales. But Mr. Caldwell makes a point of saying hello, checking with me on what problems my car is having and making me feel at home. He always has a smile and a warm word to share. He does this with everyone and makes people feel like they are in safe hands whether they are getting their car serviced or buying a new one. I love him! More

Tom Coffey helped my parents with their brand new car and impressed them so I thought I'd give him a chance to help me with my first brand new car. He listened to what I wanted in a car instead of pushing me into whatever I could afford. He was so patient with me, even when I completely decided against the original car that I was looking at and upgraded myself to the car that I had decided on. He wasn't pushy or quick-talking (I didn't feel like I was being hassled or hustled) and he didn't disappear forever just because I was undecided (I wasn't left feeling unimportant to another potential sale). He provided me with the very best experience for buying a brand new car as a first time buyer. Thanks again Tom. More

My wife and I were in a desperate need for a car to drive my daughter around at Duke University Yoshi helped us to get the Toyota LXE in 60 minutes. My wife and I were in a desperate need for a car to drive my daughter around at Duke University because she had injured her knee. Yoshi, the Toyota salesman, was patient, helpful and very professional. He was able to answer most of my questions. After listening to my needs, budget constraint and preferences, he recommended a LXE at a reasonable price. He guided us to complete the purchase patiently and swiftly so I could drive my car away after about 1 hour at the dealership. Since we bought the car, we were very happy with its performance and comfort, and most importantly, we had not overspent. We like to thank him for his recommendation. More
Wael was a great dude! I went in thinking I would need to be fighting off sales men. I hate going car shopping because all that happened is salemen trying to pressure me in I went in thinking I would need to be fighting off sales men. I hate going car shopping because all that happened is salemen trying to pressure me into buying NOW! We knew exactly what we wanted and were not gonna be talked into something else. We need a 4WD or AWD RAV4. No front wheel drive. They had one in the service center. Our sales man Wael took us to see it, and mentioned this other one was available, but it was Front wheel drive. We said we would not consider front wheel, only all wheel or 4 wheel. So he never brought it up again which was nice. We went shopping around a bit more, but decided we liked that RAV4. Showed back up, and Wael wasn't there, but another salesman showed us around, even though he knew Wael was working with us, and I know they don't steal each others customers. So knowing he wasn't getting anything out of helping us, he still did for about 45 minutes. Then Wael showed up and continued on with us. We told him our price and what we would pay. He did the typical back and forth car salesman deal that everyone does, no matter what dealer you're at. It's their job, don't ding them points for that. We were off by $500, so we said we would think about it. He had the manager come over, and I must say, that guy wasn't the most friendly, I think his name was Andre. It was not Ken (or keith, i can't remember the name, started with a K). The manager Andre came over, snatched the paperwork up from the desk and told me he was surprised I wouldn't accept such a great deal especially only $500 apart. He basically shoved us out the door, pretty rude. So anyway, we left, not sure if we would return. But a few hours later Wael called and said they would accept my offer, the offer that the manager Andre was so rude about. So we accepted, and everything was fine. I was given the lifetime warranty, and after some confusion, wrote to them and asked why it wasn't lifetime and wondered if I had been duped to make a sale. This is where Ken (or Keith, name started with K) called, he was a different manager, and explained it all. I was wrong, so I ackowledged that. So I stand by my stance that although they are a dealership and you will get some of the sales tactics, they are the best I have been to. And Wael was awesome and actually seemed to work hard to get a good price. I guess you just gotta stand your ground. So go find Wael, hes not like your typical sleezy salesman. The reason for only 4 stars is due to the manager Andre shoving us out the door rudely. Then 4 hours later accepting the offer. Should have just saved us all time and accepted right then. Or just kindly decline, don't gotta act like we are being stupid for not accepting. More
