Pleasant experience I worked with Chris Kinkade to buy a 2016 Camry XSE during Toyotathon. We looked at different models of Pruis and Camry, and he was able to answer all I worked with Chris Kinkade to buy a 2016 Camry XSE during Toyotathon. We looked at different models of Pruis and Camry, and he was able to answer all my questions about the options for the cars. The test drive he mapped out was excellent, and included highway, backroads, main roads, neighborhoods and even a short stint on a gravel road, so you really got to experience the car in all possible environments. The actual sales negotiation was very low pressure, and I got a great deal on the car (though going during Toyotathon definitely helped). Chris was very easy to work with, fun to talk to, and wrote a very thoughtful thank you note after I purchased my car. I worked with Tay for the business transactions, and she was very nice, thorough and again made the process very smooth. This was my first major car purchase, and both Chris and Tay made it remarkably easy. I love my new Camry, and actually look forward to driving now!! More
