"Best dealership in town and exceptional staff" I recently visited the dealership and had an awesome experience, my sales rep was Mr. Richard Johnson. I came in not feeling hopeful about trading in my vehicle and even if it was possible I thought I would have to make a ridiculous down payment. Mr.Johnson worked very diligently to ensure I left in a brand new vehicle with a fair price and I did! He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the inventory, and not once did I feel like I was dealing with a salesman, but with a friend. He was very honest with me and told me everything I needed to hear and not all of what I wanted to hear just to make a sale. He stayed with me from the time I came into the dealership until the time I drove off the lot, and if that's not stellar customer service I don't know what is....I would definitely recommend Mark Jacobson Toyota for anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle and though all the staff was great, I would hope you get Mr. Johnson as your sales rep. More

Easy to work with and great sales staff Mike Honeycutt was my sales guy and he was great. I new I wanted a Tacoma and he helped me narrow down the various options.
