The salesman, Mike, was very relaxed and friendly. He has a very dry sense of humor. I liked the car enough to make an offer and then we had a bit of negotiating. I pointed out two items of concern, which Mike said he could take care of. We were impressed by the level of service we received. I was confident that I had made a good choice and bought my used Scion at the right place. Thanks to Mike and Andre. We were treated fairly. I will go back next time I am in the market for a car. Two new Corollas in less than a year!!! I just purchased my second new Corolla in lesss than a year due to the fact both were totalled in accidents where I was hit head-on by other drivers. He also expedited all the necessary paperwork and just in a couple of hours I was the proud owner of a brand new Camry. Surprisingly, the whole car buying experience was totally free of pressure-tactics and very pleasant.
