Service department is TERRIBLE I had an appointment to have a recall repair, and after waiting 30 minutes was told the part was not in, so I had to take it back. The second visit wa I had an appointment to have a recall repair, and after waiting 30 minutes was told the part was not in, so I had to take it back. The second visit was not much better. I was promised they would provide a rental car, but when I arrived and told service writer, he rudely said he didn't know about the request. Since I knew he (Andrew) was the person I spoke with I challenged him and he then remembered passing it on to someone else. So then I waited 40 minutes at MJT waiting for Enterprise to come get me (from less than a mile away), to then spend 10 minutes with them contacting MJT about authorization for payment (by MJT). Then when I got the car back, 2 of the plastic pieces (on steering wheel) were not properly clicked back together. More

After doin I had a wonderful fun experience purchasing a car at Mark Jacobson toyota at Durham. Having just moved to the area, I was in need of a car. After doing some research I decided to inquire about Toyota camry. I walked in to dealership without appointment on a busy labor day weekend and I was greeted by Melodie Baldwin within 5 minutes. My sales person was Tiara Henderson who inquired about what I was looking for and then provided very helpful information on the different models available. She took time to explain the features different model. When it came time to close the deal, I felt Tiara and Melodie went above and beyond to get me the best offer possible, and work with the budget I had in mind. Tiara got the car ready for delivery as well as help me to get the car insurance at really good price.. All in all, the experience was not only pleasant but fun, and I look forward to returning to Mark Jacobson toyota for my maintenance and other car needs in the future. More
