I put a deposit down for a new seinna in January of 2023 and never got the car. I was waiting since July and the sales person Barbra never followed up with what we put a deposit for and just kept trying to and never got the car. Today I had an appt at Mark Jacobson for a basic oil change and filter. After waiting to get in the service que, I got an email from service with my price. They were going to charge me $75.00 for this s change and filter. After waiting to get in the service que, I got an email from service with my price. They were going to charge me $75.00 for this service. Ridiculous! Especially sine a week ago I was quoted at $59.00 for the same pulse I had a $10.00 off coupon. After a few minutes with the Customer Service, they came back and said they would honor the $59.00 quote but not the coupon. I asked for my keys, after wasting an half an hour, and left. Mark Jacobson is no longer the same dealership as when Mark was around.it’s a cattle call waiting for service plus they are under construction. I’m done with the Dealership after coming to them loudly for 15 years. You’d think they would better serve their loyal customers. Done with them. I went to Durham service garage on my drive home, got the oil change, and on top of that, I let them flush brake fluid and power steering fluid as well. They were kind, respectful and willing to work me in their busy day. They made $400.00. Pays to believe in great customer service. I did NOT get that an MJ. More
