Come to Mark Jacobson Toyota first! I was ready to replace my 1999 Camry and found online pricing from several different websites. After visiting three dealerships in Wake County I submi I was ready to replace my 1999 Camry and found online pricing from several different websites. After visiting three dealerships in Wake County I submitted a quote request to Mark Jacobson Toyota in Durham. Within minutes, Tom Coffey (Sales Consultant) contacted me and answered all my questions as to availability, pricing, and trade in. It was obvious from this first contact that Tom is easy going, knowledgable, and the kind of person I could work with. We set up an appointment for the following day and it was surprising how different Mark Jacobson Toyota was from other dealerships I had visited. I made it to the showroom without any sales people approaching me! Their entire operation is low key and reminded me of a home town dealership. Tom Coffey came out to meet me and we discussed availability and options before test driving. We returned to the showroom and Joe Stone (Sales Manager) joined us at a small table to list what I wanted on a worksheet. All this time there was zero pressure from these guys to make the sale. We settled on pricing and they were able to deliver my white Camry LE with ash interior “no later than Friday” as promised. Tay Page (Business Manager) processed the paperwork and made it feel like I was dealing with family. She should be in those Mark Jacobson Toyota TV commercials. This is the second Toyota I have purchased from Mark Jacobson. It will not be the last. But next time I come to Mark Jacobson first! More
