Fantactic! I could not be happier with the whole team at Mark Jacobson Toyota! Greg Shaw the Sales Rep was excellent through the whole process, even going so far as to help me with tedious paperwork. Justin the Sales manager was superb as well, he really helped with my trade in and getting the BEST price for the car that I wanted. Tia from Finance was very very helpful in explaining all my options and helping me get the BEST interest rate possible. Last but certainly not least Mark Jacobson himself. Justin went so far as to sell the car Mark just so happened to be driving at the time right out from under him. Mark happily moved his things and had the car cleaned up for me. He shook my hand and I got a story out of it! They even refunded the service that I had done on my old car that day as I had bought a new one! Really great team, really great experience, and could not recommend them more! More

First off, he was very knowledgeable about the Corolla I was looking at (and a few hours later, bought!) and was able to clearly explain the features and differences between models. Patience and courtesy also ranked high, even through multiple rounds of "Okay, what if I pay $X,XXX down?" Definitely a great customer experience. Azza Al-Ejjo in the business office was great as well. Very personable with excellent explanations on all of the policies, financing and other paperwork. She was even able to get my interest rate well below what we initially thought it would be. Kudos to both! As for the Corolla LE, what can I say? It's only been a couple of days but I'm loving it! It looks fabulous, is a great ride, and the extras in the LE package are well worth the slight price increase. So far, the Bluetooth phone connection and backup camera are my favorite new "toys". Simply brilliant! More

Thomas Coffee, with the internet sales was soooo nice, he was not pushy but was very friendly and helpful. Looking online made my experience very simple as well. I could look from the comfort of my home and once I saw something I liked I sent the information to Tom and he had the car waiting for me when I pulled up on the lot! So very easy! The sales manager and the finance manager, sorry I am terrible with names but they were also very nice guys and I felt no pressure, I asked a bunch of questions and they were all so knowledgeable and helpful. I would with no hesitation recommend this dealership to anyone, as a matter of fact I told two of my coworkers how easy it was to buy my car and how great these guys were. I felt like a priority to them and that is what customer service is all about. More
Best dealership in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area I went in to have my 2011 Toyota Camry serviced. I was met by Edwin Caldwell while waiting. I inquired about the VIP Program and he took complete owne I went in to have my 2011 Toyota Camry serviced. I was met by Edwin Caldwell while waiting. I inquired about the VIP Program and he took complete ownership of my request. Not only did he show me the new 2015 Camry models but he worked with me every step of the way to put me into a new car. Even though I was not looking to buy a new car that day, Edwin and his team went way and above to put me into a new Camry and made my buying experience special and memorable. I am totally enjoying my 2015 Camry and my many thanks go out to Ed and the rest of the team at Mark Jacobson Toyota! Great job!!! More

We had the best experience at Mark Jacobson Toyota by far. There's really no comparison. They surpassed all the rest. Everyone we spoke with was very personable and helpful. There is a sense of family at this dealership and brotherhood among all salesmen and managers. There is a great play area for children. We greatly appreciated all the expert and professional help from Ramzi. We are so greatful for how Ramzi and Rick worked with us to get a great deal. Ramzi was very upfront with us and completely trustworthy. We will be referring friends and family and will definitely come here first when looking for our next vehicle! More

He went above and beyond working with Justin to get us literally the best deal on the lot! We even drove away with the showroom demo! I couldn't be happier! Justin went back and forth multiple times working with rates, down payments, and trade in value to get us to a monthly payment that fit in our budget. Overall customer service in the facility was great as well. Comfortable waiting, fresh popcorn, and ice cold water! More

I have to say though, thank goodness for the staff who helped us. It made the experience much more bearable. David (our salesman) gave us detailed descriptions about the car that we were looking into (a Prius, which I had no idea existed in so many makes and models) without sounding pushy about it. But more importantly, he was very easy and fun to talk to. Made us feel comfortable trying out the cars we wanted and willing to answer all our questions. He got us a really good deal too, and considering how much we kept on re-negotiating the price, that was the most surprising part. And even after we had already signed the deal and everything, he still took care of us! Nicest salesman I'd ever met. The whole process was a lot less painful then I feared. If I ever need another car again, I'd be happy to come back. More

She has 330K on her current 4Runner and t My daughter Ashley purchased a really nice 2008 Toyota 4Runner from Mark Jacobson last week with 105K miles. She has 330K on her current 4Runner and this was the only vehicle that she would consider. Being she could not afford a new 4Runner, we started several weeks ago looking for a good used one. After going to several major dealerships (Leith and Hendricks) in the Cary/Apex area we headed to Mark Jacobson in Durham to test drive the 4Runner that she ended up purchasing. Mark Jacobson not only had the best used vehicles on the lot, but the best sales people as well, especially Jimmy Crawford and the sales manager Andrew Severage (he is a Vet). We took the 4Runner to an outside mechanic and they verified that it was a good "solid" car. There were a few minor cosmetic issues, which they gladly agreed to repair/replace. They also included a 30 day 1000 mile warranty and a 3 day 100 mile buy back policy...unheard of for a used vehicle. Andrew also secured excellant financing for my daughter through Coastal Federal Credit Union. Completing the loan paperwork was made easy by Emory Parsons. Even if your budget is tight, I would recommend the additional Gap insurance coverage. The Service Dept has been fantastic as well, especially Michelle Jacobs who made sure that everything was handled timely. Although Ashley lives in Greenville, it was well worth the drive to Mark Jacobson...make sure that you ask for Jimmy Crawford...he is knowledgeable and treated us very well. Overall a great 5 STAR experience! More
