The car buying experience was great, I received great service and a great deal. Part of the purchase was a promise of a second key for the Jeep. I've called numerous times over the last 11 months, and even went to the dealership over Memorial Day weekend. Each call and interaction, I receive the generic "I promise I will follow-up and get back to you." I've yet to receive a single call back or anything, this is very frustrating. Truly cared about our satisfaction. He also got us water due to the heat. He stayed long after the dealership's closing time to install our temporary plate and to see us out. The process of negotiating and finishing the deal was smooth. There was no bait-and-switch, or hidden fees, or anything like that. I felt that the extended warranty was a bit too expensive, but that is optional and you can buy it at any other Toyota dealer within 3 years. The Mark Jacobson warranty was a nice selling point. After noticing a scratch on my new car after 1 week of ownership, the service center fixed it free of charge. I am deeply grateful for the manager David Boyd's exceptional service at the Service Center. After buying the car, there were plenty of follow-up calls to ensure that everything was satisfactory. Highly recommended. More

All my questions were answered quickly but they did not "stalk" me or put on pressure. When I was ready to buy, Randall was helpful in finding a Highlander that fit my needs, even though they are extremely popular and stock was low. Luke, Kim, Randall, and Emory all helped me over the course of my purchase and were lovely to work with. (We also got a better price than at 2 other dealerships, so that helps too!) Since my daughter is in Chapel Hill and need a new car, we reviewed the price and visited several Toyota dealerships at Chapel Hill area. It's a day and night experience with the sales agent. To make the long story short, Geoff is able to convince me there is no hidden charge with the purchase and Alex is able to let me know the service package is the best in business. It's a relief that we went thru the purchase without a glitch. Alex went thru all maintenance with us and Geoff spent a lot of time with us to make sure we are taken care of. I am impressed.
