I had looked around at dealerships in the area and Craigslist, and the price I received from Mark Jacobson was definitely the best, especially considering a lifetime warranty on a non-Toyota. Jimmy Crawford was polite and followed up with me the evening after I initially visited. I was easily able (and recommended to) take the car to my personal mechanic for an inspection. Showroom is clean and well organized, and staff is eager to help but not too pushy. Definitely always ask for a price cut/bargain - I got almost $1500 knocked off of my car listed as an auction "no haggle" listing. I've only had the car for a couple days, but I'll update in a year or two with how it's running. More
