He also got us water due to the heat. He stayed long after the dealership's closing time to install our temporary plate and to see us out. The process of negotiating and finishing the deal was smooth. There was no bait-and-switch, or hidden fees, or anything like that. I felt that the extended warranty was a bit too expensive, but that is optional and you can buy it at any other Toyota dealer within 3 years. The Mark Jacobson warranty was a nice selling point. After noticing a scratch on my new car after 1 week of ownership, the service center fixed it free of charge. I am deeply grateful for the manager David Boyd's exceptional service at the Service Center. After buying the car, there were plenty of follow-up calls to ensure that everything was satisfactory. All my questions were answered quickly but they did not "stalk" me or put on pressure. When I was ready to buy, Randall was helpful in finding a Highlander that fit my needs, even though they are extremely popular and stock was low. Luke, Kim, Randall, and Emory all helped me over the course of my purchase and were lovely to work with. (We also got a better price than at 2 other dealerships, so that helps too!) To make the long story short, Geoff is able to convince me there is no hidden charge with the purchase and Alex is able to let me know the service package is the best in business.
