I had been car shopping relentlessly for more than a month; Visiting at least a dozen dealerships, and test driving more than 20 vehicles.It started when I "True-car"ed the Toyota Camry Sport edition. Mark Jacobson had the best price and within 5 minutes I recieved a call from Saundra McKinney, inviting me to meet with her personally. From the time I walked in to the dealership, Saundra was a pleasure to work with. Right from the start she was a true professional: Pleasant, knowledgeable, sincere, caring, upbeat, and with a lazer-focus on my concerns. Throughout the process she was perpetually optimistic that I would be completely satisfied. Well, I guess she was wrong about that, because I wasn't just satisfied....I was BLOWN AWAY by the deal they made for me!!! Saundra was so sincere in her efforts I truly felt as though she was working for me, and when she had gone as far as she could, she made sure her manager knew she wasn't satisfied that everything was being done for me that possibly could be. So she gets her boss's boss!! From the minute I met Kim Danchillus, it was apparent Saundra had made sure we were about to vanquish all seemingly insurmountable barriers and immediately all obstacles started to,one by one, fall to the wayside. Kim would ask," So what do we need to do?" Saundra would interject one thing and Kim would say, "Done!" , and better than the finest Las Vegas Magician, the problem was instantly, completely evaporated, like it was never even there in the first place! Then, "What else?"!, he would say, ....and "BLAMMO!", another obstacle disintegrated! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! Again and again! Like lightning bolts from Thor's hammer, clearing smooth sailing for the ship, nothing could stand in our way. It was amazing!. They truly shocked a seasoned veteran car buyer ( and former car salesman!) with an astonishingly fantastic deal. There's guys are serious ballers!! Also, since Saundra gets the MVP Award, and Kim gets the Coach of the Year award, Emory in finance definitely deserves the Honorable Mention award; He's just about the nicest, most amicable, as well as informative, educated, and efficient, guy you could possibly ask for (...and that's with a TarHeel taking care of a Blue Devil....talk about a lot to ask for!!) I can't thank enough, everyone who helped me at Mark Jacobson Toyota. Beware all you other dealers within 100 miles, Mark Jacobson has an All-Star lineup and the customer is the Winner! KABAMM!! More

Then I had the good fortune to be put in touch with Mr. Frank Adams!.... I had the best sales experience of my lifetime in purchasing a car, and this is my 12th car purchase and my 5th Toyota. Frank was outstanding, he listened to what I wanted in a car and had several options to show me. He never pressured me or presumed to know what I wanted, although he did, because I drove it off the lot within a couple of hours and I've been smiling every since! Compared to worst experience of my life purchasing a car which lasted nearly 8 hours back and forth maneuvers behind closes doors with "the sales manager". I feel like this time I was doing business at my kitchen table. Thanks Frank, God Bless you! More

Mark Jacobson was by far the best exp I just got through with over a month long search for my RAV4 XLE AWD. I hit every Toyota dealership in the area. Mark Jacobson was by far the best experience and earned my business. No feeling like you are bait in the shark pool. I did most of my initial searching through the internet. I met several very nice people working at other dealerships in their internet sales departments. However, when showing up at those dealerships, I learned that the people I was speaking to had no sales authority at all and I was handed off upon arrival to someone who had a two sentence summary of our discussions. Everything we had talked about previously related to pricing meant nothing, and we were starting from scratch. This is not the way Mark Jacobson works. Through emails I built a relationship with Thomas Coffey. I got pricing and when I arrived onsite, Thomas was my sales person. Nothing changed. He was as attentive the first day as he was the day after my purchase when my mother purchased a RAV4 also. I realized about a week before my purchase where I wanted to buy from. I got the best deal of any of the local dealerships and no hassle. The purchasing experience there was fantastic. I cannot imagine one better. All the way through the sit-down with the GM after my purchase where he was looking for ways to improve my experience. The best I could tell him was to keep the model they have with real sales people answering internet inquiries. nothing is more frustrating than thinking you are building a re pore only to find out you are basically talking to an answering service. Do yourself a favor, ask for Thomas Coffee. More
