Rob Gunter, at Mark Jacobson To I was in the market for a 2014 preowned vehicle. My Wife and I had really done our homework and knew what we wanted. Rob Gunter, at Mark Jacobson Toyota was courteous, polite, and dedicated to making sure that we saw the vehicles that matched the description of what we were looking for. At no time did he pressure us into looking at a vehicle that we did not want or need. As a salesman, he was quite professional and made sure that all our questions were answered and then gave options as to what he would be able to do regarding sales and even finding a different preowned vehicle if what we ultimately wanted was not at his dealership. Without him, the hassle of car buying would have been incredible. Instead, it was a pleasant (as pleasant as buying a car can be) process where I never felt coerced or felt that I was being taken advantage of. Due to Rob, we got a great Van and got a lifetime power train warranty to boot! I would recommend Mark Jacobson Toyota for any pre owned purchase (I cannot comment on new, since I did not look at new vehicles) and would strenuously recommend ROB GUNTER as the salesman to ask for. NOTE: At the conclusion of this Review, I was prompted to pick a Management Team Member. I selected Frank Barnet out of necessity. Barbara came out, greeted me and from that minute until I left behind my 2011 Camry and rode away in my new 2015 Camry, I felt that she knew exactly what I wanted and what was needed throughout the process. She handles business with swiftness and precision. She worked everything out in my favor so well, that I couldn't say no....and after she shared all of the upgrades on the 2015 Camry, got the monthly payment I wanted and the great trade value, I didn't want to say no. Her customer care was so awesome that I felt like I was her special customer for the day, then I realized that she was actually assisting 3 or 4 other clients at the same time. My first thought was "this lady is amazing!" I have told everybody that would listen how great my experience was and have told them to ask for Barbara at Mark Jacobson Toyota when they are ready for a car.
