It was my intent a year ago to come and visit Toyota but Honda made the deal so good that I left their dealership with a brand new Honda Accord. Fast forward a year later, I decided to do some research on the Toyota Camry and I was quite impressed with the car layout, and the unlimited warranties so I decided to visit Mark Jacobson Toyota a few weeks ago. I do not like “salesman” as a lot of them are too agressive and I informed Edwin Caldwell of this once I walked through the door. If I am going to make a purchase I do not need a salesman to try to entice me to do so. With my recent experience at Mark Jacobson I can honestly say that Edwin never once through my entire process made me feel like he was trying to sell me anything which is why I purchased my new 2015 Toyota Camry SE from him the same day I came to the dealership. I have and will continue to recommend Edwin to my friends/colleagues as he did a great job at ensuring that I was happy with my purchase and indeed I am ! My family is still amazed that I have now converted to a Toyota (which they have tried to entice me to do for many years to no avail). Through the long and laborious process of retrieving credit scores, comparing insurance quotas and finally purchasing the car everyone was attentive, patient and extremely helpful. You are greeted as soon as you walk through the door with courtesy and determination to help find you something that you will love. For my personal experience, my sale was more geared to buying a used car. My first choice was a 2007 Toyota Camry that I had glanced at online, test drove and loved it from the inside out, in person and on paper! Since this was my first car that I would be purchasing for my self, there were a lot of little kinks that needed to be worked out before finalizing the purchase for the car. This, however, took several hours to get insurance, deal with the bank, get things faxed, etc. But throughout all of the headaches, the salesmen and management, and especially our salesman Alex Savio Dias, at MJT were extremely patient and willing to help out on everything! Alex was willing to stay after his hours to make sure that I got everything straightened out and stayed very professional throughout my whole stay. I don't think if I had gone anywhere else I would have left knowing that I had purchased a great car with a great deal, never feeling rushed and happy with the choice I made, even a week after bring it home! I am certain, when it is time for me to trade in this car, years from now, that I will be coming back to Mark Jacobson Toyota! More
