Great Customer experience Within 10 minutes of meeting the sales representative (Ian Edgington), I knew that I was going to receive outstanding care while purchasing a car. There was an immediate sense that his concern was getting the car that I wanted in the price range I had in mind. It was less about him selling and more about him helping me through the process. In the end a fair price was negotiated and I never felt pressured to buy. All of the other folks involved in the process (service, finance, VIP) could not have been nicer or more professional.
