The Sales Manager, Justin Jones and our Salesman Tom Coffey were very informative and had a lot of knowledge about the Rav4 as well as all of the Toyota vehicles. After test driving a Rav4, I knew that was the car for me. I appreciate all of Tom's and Justin's assistance and will refer my friends to Mark Jacobson Toyota for their next new car. More

A totally unexpected and satisfying experience. After visiting 2 other Toyota dealerships, my wife and I had just about given up finding a Toyota Highlander. Excellent salesman! Our salesman Rick (then in trucks, but now in cars) was extremely helpful, knowledgable, flexible and friendly. He helped us decide on a new Tundra (originally interested in a Tacoma) with the options that we needed. He then worked with his manager (Bob?) to help us get a price on the truck we wanted right here in Durham that was as good as that offered elsewhere in the state. Finally, they set us up with 2yr service, lifetime warranty, and no interest loan, and Rick worked with my schedule to get me home in a freshly detailed, gassed up truck at my convenience. What more can you ask for? More
