Louis in the truck department was one of the most professional individuals from whom I have purchased a vehicle. I did a great deal of homework on the various auto sites (kbb.com, edmunds.com, etc.) We worked on getting a "best offer up front" established and when they put it on the table it was more than clear it was a fair deal. I liked the no haggling and the manner by which everyone we came in contact with conducted themselves. Their process for the purchase, the turnover process, the introduction to customer service and the follow up in the few days after I purchased my 2015 Tundra were all stellar. Trust is a difficult thing to earn and they sure earned mine by exceeding expectations every step of the way. More
