He had my trade in evaluated while we talked about this and other models of the Avalon. He then shared with me what I wanted would cost and the value of my trade-in. I was singularly impressed with the fairness of the offer and determined that what I wanted would be secured from another dealership within 48 hours -- and that's exactly what happened. Jay and the dealership staff were professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of the transaction. Jay and his associates made it easy to buy an automobile from Mark Jacobson and when I purchase another auto, this is the dealership to which I will go without any hesitation. First off when I called about trading in my Mark Jacobson Toyota Bruce called me back and was more than attentive. He asked what time I was going to come over and he waiting. The thing that I loved the most about Bruce is he didn't seem like your typical pushy car sales person but he made me feel like I had known him for years. I have never seen someone that sells cars have such a great but genuine personality. I want to say that Bruce is the reason that I would take the time to say GO TO MARK JACOBSON AND ASK FOR BRUCE!!! Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication to me as a customer but the way you spoke so highly of the establishment you work for.
