Jason was helpful, responsive, provided me with his work cell phone, and even removed the after-market Thule roof rack from my 2005 Prius and kept it safe in his office until I could come pick it up. I always loved my 2005 Prius and I thought that someday I would likely replace it with a newer Prius, and now Jason has also secured my loyalty to the Service Department at Mark Jacobson Toyota.
