I love the fact that there are so many former military members working in the center. Louis was amazing to work with and truly did everything he could to get us in our new truck. He gave us space when we needed to talk and was there to answer every question we had. The test drive showed us all aspects of the truck and Louis was very knowledgeable. The entire process went very smoothly and the truck was presented to us clean and ready to go. I had an issue with the tint on one of the windows a few weeks later and not only was it handled much faster than expected, they filled up my tank for me too! From start to finish this was a great experience and I would definitely buy from them again. They did everything they could to get me in this truck and I couldn't be more satisfied. More

While waiting, Edwin Caldwell from sales offered me water and asked if he could help me. I explained I was not in the market for a new van but needed mine repaired. Mr.Caldwell made me feel extremely comfortable, showed me a few vans and even walked with me back to the mechanic and helped explain the problems my van was having in laymen's terms. I was impressed with Mr. Caldwell's attentiveness and knowledge. I have always disliked going to get my car serviced, but Mr. Caldwell's help made it a pleasant experience. Even more special, when I told a few friends about my experience, they knew exactly which employee I was talking about because Mr. Caldwell had helped them at various times, too! When I do eventually by a new car, I will certainly go to him. I have never, ever thought about recommending a car sales person, but Mr. Caldwell has changed all that. Thank you so much! More
