Jay listened carefully to what I wanted, found me the perfect car, got me a great price, and had me out the door with my new wheels in just a few hours. No smarmy high-pressure sales tactics, just attentive, knowledgeable, responsive, and a real pleasure to do business with. We've bought cars from Mark Jacobson Toyota for years and always been very happy, but Jay made this my best car buying experience yet. I will definitely continue to buy from Mark Jacobson and I'll always ask for Jay. I'd highly recommend talking to him if you are considering buying a Toyota. More

Third time was the charm!!! I actually drive an hour and 15 minutes to get my car service at Mark Jacobson Toyota. I had not been please with the department service…. and fig I actually drive an hour and 15 minutes to get my car service at Mark Jacobson Toyota. I had not been please with the department service…. and figured this will be the last pea in the pot. Bryan Newton was awesome!!! He discuss options that I needed to do with my vehicle; to continue to get the best service out my vehicle and gave me three different quotes for tires. Not pushy with services… just understanding and easy to relate. The experience was worth an hour and 15 minute drive. More

Mark Jacobson's Sales Representative Thomas Coffey responded to my inquiry and follow concerns efficiently. Mr. Coffey was professional and it was by far my best experience in buying an automobile in the last 40 years. I made my first contact on Saturday, March 21 and because of his straight forward approach I drove away with a new vehicle the following day. My internet experience with the other two dealerships were tiresome and repetitive without answering my direct request request for a full breakdown of the basic price and any additional fees.
