After a multiple bad experiences at other dealerships, I decided to email Mark Jacobson Toyota to see if they had a specific truck I was looking for. I got responses from them immediately and they seemed to really care. (I also emailed two other places but did not hear anything back from them for days.) The sales consultant I worked with, Jason Schiffman, was extremely helpful and understanding from the beginning. Being a minority woman looking for a truck, I wasn't treated seriously at other dealerships. Jason listened to me and accepted all my specific preferences I had, and found the exact truck for me. He was very honest and kept all his promises. Once Jason found a truck, the rest was so quick and easy. The atmosphere at the Mark Jacobson Toyota was very friendly, which I didn't feel at any other dealership. Leo greeted us with big smile and asked if anyone was helping us and I said no and he asked if he could be of assistance. I told him that I wanted to look at some of the used Camry's. He proceeded to talk and I filled out paperwork and he said that I was approved to get a new Camry but I did not really care for the new Camry so I chose the Corolla S. I also got a great deal for the 2012 Ford Focus that I traded in. I was very impressed with my salesman Leo he was so helpful and kind and had the biggest smile and sense of humor through my whole buying processing. All the managers were extremely wonderful and I even got to see Mr. Jacobson himself. I love my new corolla and thanks Mark Jacobson Toyota.
