Leo greeted us with big smile and asked if anyone was helping us and I said no and he asked if he could be of assistance. I told him that I wanted to look at some of the used Camry's. He proceeded to talk and I filled out paperwork and he said that I was approved to get a new Camry but I did not really care for the new Camry so I chose the Corolla S. I also got a great deal for the 2012 Ford Focus that I traded in. I was very impressed with my salesman Leo he was so helpful and kind and had the biggest smile and sense of humor through my whole buying processing. All the managers were extremely wonderful and I even got to see Mr. Jacobson himself. I love my new corolla and thanks Mark Jacobson Toyota. A Most Pleasant and Rewarding Experience In early January (1/8), my wife and I went to Mark Jacobson Toyota to have our then current Toyota Camry (2014) updated on a recall. While there, we In early January (1/8), my wife and I went to Mark Jacobson Toyota to have our then current Toyota Camry (2014) updated on a recall. While there, we decided just to look at the cars on display in the showroom. While we were looking around, Tom Coffey, whom we worked with on our 2014 model, came to meet us. We fully enjoyed our time then and were very content to talk with him again. He asked about us and wondered if we were interested in looking at a new car. We thought ‘why not?’ and proceeded to do that. There was absolutely no pressure regarding a sales promotion or approach and he was so friendly just to talk with about the newer vehicles. He offered to have us look at a new model and, as we did that, he suggested a test drive (without any ‘you really have to do this’). As we finished that and returned to the showroom, he came to us with a cost for the new vehicle and this looked so pleasing that we just had to accept. What an amazing adventure for us, since we went there without any inclination to purchase a new vehicle at that time. Tom was delightful to talk with and to consider what genuinely was in our best interests. We returned home with a new car, no payments and a deeper friendship with Tom than we enjoyed previously.
